Here is a run down of some important points from the three meetings today - please pay attention to these.

• Each of you will submit a diary to me everyday from now until the 15^th of March. It does not matter if you haven’t accomplished anything regarding Portal on that specific day as long as it explains why. Also, include what you have planned for the following day.
• Critical paths for each team are due today by 2 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Each person is to write a short extro for their dissertation thanking their audience and explaining when the final site will be up and finalized. Have this done by Tuesday at Noon!
• Each person is to take a screenshot of their Art of Storytelling index page and place it in the folder on Dimanno (Portal_screenshots) by 1 pm today.
• Each person is to call their contact(s) regarding whether or not the Portal CD was received by them and if they have had the chance to take a look at them. Please do this before 10am Tuesday.
• Each person see if they can find someone outside of the school to watch both our tests and our dissertations - family, friends, etc. get feedback!

• Make sure you speak to Randy regarding the Firewall issue.
• Speak to Jane in the TV department regarding using the lighting equipment and boom mic as well as the mixing board. Can you do these both before 3pm today. Thanks

MONDAY: Screenshots of index pages done and on Dimanno by 1pm

• try different ideas - also do sound

TUESDAY: Each individual call contacts by 10am to confirm receipt of

package

ALL fixed up AOS work on Dimanno by 12 noon for blind post so faculty can begin testing.
